Holiday Eggnog Cheesecake

Holiday Eggnog Cheesecake
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg/cinnamon
1/4 cup butter/margarine, melted

Combine crumbs, sugar, nutmeg and margarine and press onto the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate or springform pan.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 7 - 10 minutes.

1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 8-ounce package + 1 4-oz. package of PHILADELPHIA BRAND cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup eggnog
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Soften gelatin in water.
Stir over low heat until dissolved.
Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and eggnog, mixing until blended.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour over crust and chill until firm.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and nutmeg, if desired.
10 to 12 servings

Preparation time: 35 minutes plus chilling
