The Ever Popular Souvlaki
| Souvlaki is a very popular Greek specialty made with your choice of meat. I like to marinate the meat in a lemony, olive oil mixture. Serve with rice/potatoes and a traditional Greek salad. Don't forget the tzatziki sauce!!! Prep: 25 minutes Cook:15 minutes Servings: 4 | Lor |
